At Bath Pet Centre, we have a friendly and knowledgeable team of staff, 3 of whom have qualifications in animal care and many years experience of working with animals. Our main Bath pet shop is in the centre of the City and we have a sister pet store in the lovely village of Larkhall.

Each member of staff provides excellent, friendly customer care and is always willing to spend time with customers as well as providing after sales care.

We have experience of small animals, reptiles, arachnids, birds and fish and can offer help and advice on our huge range of pet feeds and pet accessories.

We also have a certificate scheme for children who purchase an animal and if the animal is in good health after 3 months, the child is awarded a certificate and a picture of his/her animal posted on our Pet Noticeboard in the store.

Educational talks for schools - qualified, experienced speaker - chance for children to get hands on with animals - look at skins and sheds (reptiles), meet Colin, our friendly corn snake or get up close and personal with a tarantula (optional).

BATH AND FROME PETS HAVE WON THE NATIONAL PET MONTH RETAILERS AWARD FOR THE BEST RETAILER EVENT DURING NATIONAL PET MONTH FOR THE THIRD YEAR RUNNING! - WE WERE COMMENDED FOR ORGANISING OUTSTANDING EVENTS, RAISING NEARLY £700 FOR OUR CHOSEN CHARITIES AND FOR USING THE EVENT TO SUCCESSFULLY PROMOTE RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERSHIP, THE MOTTO OF NATIONAL PET MONTH. WELL DONE EVERYONE AND THANKS TO ALL WHO SUPPORTED THE EVENT!!

As usual we had a MAJOR PRIZE DRAW with some fantastic prizes, - A FABULOUS COLOURING COMPETITION for the children, Links with local radio - 3TR FM and BATH FM, lots of specialist advice on the days from the Bath Dog Whisperer Howard Grove, nutrition advice from Royal Canin and James Wellbeloved - and lots of freebies from them too, grooming advice from local groomers Millionhairs, local vets Nature's Veterinary (in Bath) and Francis & Jackson (in Frome), Sharon Arnold's K-9 specialist dog handlers and trainers, fantastic face painting, our own European Eagle Owl and African Spotted Eagle owl, Steph's ferrets, various hands-on sessions for the children
and much more!!
